Last night, I decided to try Hunan Wok for the first time, craving a flavorful vegan meal. I was impressed by the variety of vegetable options on the menu and opted for the sautí©ed eggplant in garlic sauce, which had a mild spice level. While the flavor wasn't the best, it was satisfying, and I later tried the general tso tofu, which I found lacked flavor and needed additional seasoning. Despite the small plaza's parking challenges, I appreciate the timely delivery service and generous portions at Hunan Wok, making it a convenient go-to for Chinese takeout.
