We planned a beef and beer fundraiser for SaveMarpleGreenspace, an organization formed to stop the development of 213 Acres of forest in Marple township. We met with Justine, who went over the menu with us, the set ups, the drinks....everything. We left it in her hands, and it was fabulous. The food was terrific, she and her crew worked tirelessly serving the guests the entire evening, after cooking all day! Justine took such a burden off our hands, I don't think we could have done it without her. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the evening was a tremendous success. There were over 200 people and it went effortlessly on their part (we were a little messed up, but thanks to Justine, we pulled it off)
