The best Chinese food in Williamsport with fresh, well-prepared dishes, quick courteous service, good value for $7.95, generous portions like beef and vegetables cooked just right, accompanied by fried rice and an egg roll, consistently great American Chinese cuisine that I usually take out, with standout scallops in garlic sauce and a quality lunch buffet despite a limited selection.
