As a former employee of this location, I only give one star because of the way the workers are treated. The manager is like a drill sergeant, condescending, unfair, and unkind to the employees. Employees' every moves are scrutinized at all times, you can do 100 things right but the minute you do something wrong it's the end of the world. Every person is expected to do the job of 5 people perfectly at all times and if they don't, they're in trouble. Threatened with write ups all the time over little things that don't matter. Being told that changing work availability will result in a pay cut, even though Panera boasts they're a company that cares so much about their employees and will accommodate to any schedule an employee needs. Please be patient with the workers when visiting this location. They're miserable, and I am so glad to be gone from that store. I hope it gets better for them soon.
