I met my family half way and all we wanted was a good pizza. I haven’t been in there since Taco Bell became neighbors. When KFC and Pizza Hut were joined it was amazing. Can’t say that now. I walked in not knowing if it was a seat yourself or not. I walked up to the counter to ask and that’s when Alyssa greeted me with an attitude and said I had to place my order there. I explained to her I understood that. But, if I had to seat myself or if I had to wait to be seated. I had my daughter who is 7 months with me, her diaper bag that was heavy and my purse all in my arms. Again Alyssa said that I had to order there. I explained that I wasn’t ready to order and I was waiting for family. She then looked at me and said that I could seat myself. So I did. My family came in shortly after. We went up to the counter and wasn’t quite sure what we wanted yet. My mom said when they go to Pizza Hut they usually do the Big Dinner Box. While looking over the menu though Alyssa said that she would leave us alone. Like what? Leave us alone? We didn’t ask for anything. We just needed a minute. So then we placed our order and she asked about drinks. She got snarky and stated that they were the same price. We didn’t know that. We ordered, sat down, and waited patiently. Our food came out and asked if they had a spoon for my daughter and she cut me off and immediately saying no. We all get our plates. My mom went to eat a wing and found hair in her food. I went up and reported it. I asked for a manager. I should have gotten a name because he was very nice. He asked me where the hair was found and k said I think the wings but I wasn’t sure because my mom found it. I grabbed my mom and she came up. My mom naturally talks loud because she is deaf. They took this as screaming. My mom asked for the whole box to be remade since the hair was found in the bottom of the container with wings. A 7 month old was eating this as well. They completely refused because since there was “screaming” they can’t do anything anymore and it now has to be dealt with corporate. My mom and I are diabetics and my GiGi paid $36 for this. Nothing was offered after the “yelling.” We did the review, contacted corporate, and now here. We were more worried because a BABY was eating food that was POSSIBLY contaminated. We want at least a refund.
