First of all we must say that we have never had food here that we didn't like. It has always been great! However, the service is not. ( keeping in mind that they need more help and are trying to hire,) there is no excuse to be rude to customers that are trying to support their business. There was not a person in the part of the restaurant that we entered, yet we were told to move to a wooden square frame built on top of the bar to pay and pick up our order. then the total of the order was more than expected and prices were given when order was placed. When we got back to our home, we discovered that some of the order was missing. We called and inquired and they said are you sure she remembers putting it in the bag??!!!! We were sure and when told employee so, someone in the background yelled they were free anyway!!! That was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. The requirement to move to a safe zone area to pick up would have been no problem if the employee had had any safety precautions in place( SHE HAD NO MASK OR GLOVES). We love to order from this restaurant but that type of service is going to deter us from going again. There are several business that need support at this time and you would think the people that work there would be grateful so they keep their jobs and place of business open.
