The food is typically prepared properly, however the service is all over the place - you either get really good service despite it being busy, or you get meh service. The place is at least clean. The last time I had issues with my food, which is rare, they purposely messed it up. When I complained to the manager that my food was messed up twice, and the second time was clearly on purpose - the burger was overcooked again, the fries were the left over bits that no one wants, and everything was served cold (i.e. it sat for a while) - she defended her team. A spade is a spade, so I really find this alarming. They will "comp" you on the portion of the meal that is messed up. A better establishment will comp you on the whole bill to set things right. The reason I mention this is that it was so out of place and it was one thing after another that I now wonder how much I have over looked in the past.
