the outside is nice and cozy like any ice cream polar should be and the outisde is gross and dingy the place would be wonderful for a fixer uper

This place used to be okay to go grab ice cream, but now, that isn't even worth a stop. It looks cute from the outside but inside is old, dirty and dingy. Food is not very good at all, and extremely over priced. Staff is too busy goofing off and entertaining friends. On one occasion, a young man walked in, took a seat for a minute, got up, walked to the back, and proceeded to make himself and some friends some food. I found that a bit strange. The girls are always " cell phone in hand" this place needs better management, better staff and someone who cares about the place, even a little! Get better food, a staff that cares, and remodel the place... Or at least clean up a little bit.

This was my first time there and will be my last. We ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries and 2 sodas. We waited at least 20 minutes to get our food. 2nd we didn't even get our drinks until after we got our food. We ordered cheeseburgers and got hamburgers. I told the waitress and she said OH! She did then offer to take it back and melt cheese on it but I told her just bring me a piece of cheese. When she brought me my cheese I asked for ketchup but I'm taking it she didn't hear me because she was too worried about getting her cell phone off the other table. The tables were dirty and when she did see customers go and sit down she did then wipe them off. And very very smoky in there I'm guessing from the grills but maybe get better exhaust fans. Anyway after all this I bit into my cheeseburgers and it was raw in the middle. I ate around it and left the rest. I was totally disgusted and disappointed. I was going to complain and not pay for my meal but I did pay and figured why complain because no one would care anyway.
