I have lived in both New Jersey and Philly for 50 years and I have a feeling that the chef at Smitty's has roots in that area. A friend surprised me with a pizza from Smitty's and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. It truly captured the essence of a Philly or Jersey-style pizza, making it a standout in the Uniontown dining scene. The atmosphere was welcoming, the owners were friendly, and the food, from the fried zucchini to the peel and eat shrimp, was exceptional.
