Well I guess I should be giving the place 5 stars because the only flaw is there is wayyy too much meat packed in their subs and sometimes inedible because of this unless you sit at a table with a knife and fork but don't change that lol. so it's sort of a double edge sword i guess

Had similar experience except i always got a fat bastard no lettuce, with everything else, well out comes the #ssh#le trying to bully me said we can handle it outside told him it would be his mistake cuz i am an mma person which i am to say to anyone threatening me so he instead said he will notify police. Guess the fat bastards family will be losing more customers. Good Luck

After ordering their "cold fat bastard" probably twice a month for longer than I can remember, and being very satisfied with their food, today, I had an issue. I went in to pickup up my cold hoagie and a grilled hoagie was waiting for me. I told them that I ordered a cold version and the lady argued and insisted that I ordered a grilled one. Second guessing and trying to "go with the flow", I took the hoagie. When I got to the car and drove away and told them I got a grilled one, both my wife and daughter, who were in the car and heard me order, assured me that I ordered my usual cold fat bastard. Even remember me saying lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo, as I always do. They don't like mushrooms or the sauce. So, calling back to inform them I did order the cold hoagies. I have actually never ordered a hot hoagie for this reason from T&T. Well, when I went to pick up the correct hoagie, things got interesting. Some girl that I have never seen before said "you did this 2 weeks ago" WRONG, because of vacation, I WAS NOT IN T&T 2 weeks ago. Then, who I assume was the owner, got loud and obnoxious! Well then I returned his attitude as I try to understand that mistakes are made, I will not be bullied as I can hold my own. If you wouldn't have been such an , we would have worked something out, like given a large tip or something agreeable. Now after years of patronage, I will be trying out the new Primohoagies by Walmart!!! Great business model blame, obnoxiously, a customer for your mistake when this could have ended calmly and quietly! Now, still being would up, will leave this same review on google, yelp, yahoo ....where it can't be deleted!!!

Place sucks
They where shut down twice this year for COVID among its workers. They did not clean the place and now they are closed for a private sub sale. You don’t know when they are open
