I always order from here 1-2times a week. This was the first time that I had called about the two pizza pies I had delivered. I have spoken to a women that must've been a co owner/pizza maker/??.i have explained the two pies was mostly hard & overcooked, & some was chewy & undercooked. The women responded and said to me "It wasn't hard & chewy when it left" How would she know that unless she tried it which she hasn't. The women was really ignorant, she treated me like I was trash & a liar. She was very unprofessional. I didn't want a refund, all I wanted was to be acknowledged as a customer & not be treated like trash.
I'm not ordering from here again so I won't be downsized for being honest

I purchased a Restaurant.com Certificate on line ($10 off a $20 order). The certificate says 'Does not expire', however when I called and placed an order, yhey said the do not accept these anymore. Two Italian Guys Pizzaria should honor this being they signed up and allowed Restaurant.com to represent these gift certificates! Very, very disappointed!
