Ordered drive thru at Route 286 Wendy's.Food was awful. Nuggets were cold. Fries had been sitting for hours!!! Will never eat at any Wendy's again!!!! The object is not to see how quickly you can deliver an order, but how will the food taste to the customer spending his/her hard earned money!!! Would have gladly waited awhile for hot food. Should have gone back in the line again and returned the food!!! What a waste of my $5.00!!! Never again!!! I'll drive down to Burger King or McDonald's!!! Remember you have competition and you do want to stay in business!!!

Just got food from lower burrell establishment...food was cold and fries were undercooked..much better months ago when the young GM ran it..will get my food elsewhere
