We've had several lobster rolls that were delicious! However, last evening was a different story. The lobster was dry and flavorless. The roll was burnt. I spoke with the employee today to no avail. She stated that she worked last night and didn't know how that happened, even though she had the same issue burning rolls that were discarded while we were waiting to try one more time.

Had terrible service, thought maybe was a fluke so went back a couple more times, everytime it was the same terrible service. They have lost my business.
