The pizza at Original's in Shrewsbury is fantastic, with friendly staff and quick deliveries. Despite my experience with the salads, I keep coming back for the best pizza at an amazing price.

Worst customer service ever. I tried to place an order for delivery and the owner said that if I order the wings special that I have to pay in cash. I asked him why I have to pay cash, its illegal to make cash madatory and he became very rude. He started cursing at me and said "if I give you a deal I want cash, it's as simple as that" "if you don't understand than I don't know what to tell you, don't be so dumb". So I said ok you don't have to be rude and he responded by calling me a dickhead. I've never heard of someone being so rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this place.
