Grandpa John's has been a long-standing favorite in our family, and we've never encountered any issues with their food or service. The ribs, served in aluminum pans now, are always meaty and flavorful, just like I remember from my childhood visits. We usually opt for the "bucket" of ribs, along with fries and a generous amount of sauce to take home, making for a delicious and nostalgic meal.
