We've always had great service at Blarney's. The food is delicious, and the price reasonable. Perfect place for a rare night out with the whole family:)

i was introduced to this pizza place as a child. My grandfather would take me every time i stayed the night. when he retired to Florida we would send freeze dried pizza from their all the way over night and he only shared it with his wife and then they were only allowed 3 pieces at a time so it would last. now i take my kids and granddaughter their. when my family comes back for a visit we eat their at least once and dad always takes some back to Florida. this is a part of the Rome history as well as chillicothes history. to call such an institution as this a dive is a tragedy

Blarney's Castle has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid. Their food is delicious and the staff is always very warm and friendly. Bongo that runs Blarney's is a great guy who does a lot for the community and especially youth programs. Whoever called this place a dive is seriously mistaken.

How dare you call this place a "dive" You've got to be kidding me. I've been going to Blarneys for so many years -- since I was a kid. Blarney's has, by far, the best pizza in the state of IL....maybe further. Their food is excellent, no matter what you order...large portions and reasonable prices. Carnegie's has a knob on the men's room door, but their food is horrible. Which would you choose? This is one of my very most favorite restaurants, family friendly, a spot you will return to over and over.

The place is a dive. No door knob on the Mens room, poor service,. They over charged me for my pizza and when I brought to their att. they argued with me. Don't waste your time, drive past and keep on going.

They still allow smoking in the restaurant and bar even though there is a state law against smoking.

So I suggest if you're a non-smoker to get your food to go or try Fedora's, Pizza Hut or Monicals for a smoke-free environment with your pizza!!
