For some reason my review has yet to show up on their site or it was taken down. They overcharged me and did not know how to fix the mistake. Ok, I get it, high turnover l, etc. I told them that I would take care of it next time I'm in. The next time I was in they refused to take care of it and accused me of lying (it was a side of macaroni and cheese and a drink). I was with my children. It was embarrassing and just plain bad business. They called the manager and I have left voicemails for corporate and emails as well as reviews on every site I could think of and no response. All they would have needed to do was say sorry and take $6 off of my $30 order. Instead they choose to lose customers.
