On 04/18/14. I went to Wildberries for their 4 pc. Chicken Dinner with the drumstick portion missing off of the wing.Mash potatos and gravy,mixed vegetables, grilled chabata bread. Take out. Yeah I know I should have checked it before I left but I was in a hurry so when I got home with it I had no Vegetables so I called them and informed them of it,and wanted to know what would they felt would be fair alls far as a compensation as well as giving me the vegetables.I ended up talking to 3 diferent women claiming to be Managers.Finally speaking to someone name Stephanie claiming to be a Manager which were extremely rude telling me that even if I sent all of thr food back that she will not replace it nor give me the vegetables that they didnot give initially. After informing her that I will put this very unproffessional act on facebook did she change her attitude.So instead I decided to go to your website.So I would like to let you know that I am a very unhappy regular customer of your establishment that will not be so regular anymore.
