I would give zero stars if I could. I’ll preface by saying I love the customers, have made incredible friendships, happy to see bartenders Jay & Joey.. however, the bouncer Boon is a bully, he’s negative, he’s full of dark hate, and he uses his job as an ego trip. He’s had me in full tears sobbing in the establishment and never even apologized for his remarks telling me, for no reason, that I was “nappin’ all day” without any idea of my life and how hard I work. He also complains about where I park near the bar, as Joey kindly tells me that I should park near the bar for there are cameras. The bouncer Boon is a man full of angst, hate, judgment. I had promoted that I was going to that bar, and a nice young couple chose to try the place out, in which they allegedly had packaged alcohol from a bonfire party, understandably had to throw out the alcohol before entering Libertad. However, according to Boon, they did not throw out the alcohol, nor did they ever enter the bar. Boon proudly has me banned forever due to “my having invited people”. The most absurd reason to have banned a paying customer
