Chuck's has the best water ice and custard in South Philly, all homemade and super fresh. The owners are really sweet, and the prices are affordable, which makes it easy to keep coming back. Their watermelon and mango flavors are amazing, and the pizza pretzels are a perfect snack to pair with the refreshing water ice.

I love visiting Chucks for their delicious water ice and custard in South Philly, made fresh and with love by the sweet owners. The watermelon flavor is a must-try if they have it! Been going there since I was a kid and the quality has never changed, making it the best in South Philly.
