We arrived just before a long line, enjoying reasonably priced water ice and fresh pretzels.

We arrived just in time to avoid a long line and were impressed by the variety and reasonable prices on the menu, enjoying a soft pretzel and a strawberry banana flavor that, while tasty, lacked a strong banana presence; they accept card payments for purchases over $5, and although I appreciate the fresh and soft pretzels along with the many water ice flavors, the cashiers' attitudes could use improvement, yet I find the servings generous and delicious, eagerly anticipating their seasonal reopening despite missing chocolate water ice, which led me to opt for ice cream to satisfy my craving.
