I surprised the hardworking nurses with a batch of warm, beautifully packaged cookies on New Year's Eve. The snickerdoodle was so irresistible that I found myself returning the next day for more - the confetti cookie is a must-try! Insomnia Cookies near Penn's campus is a gem, offering a delicious variety of cookies and ice cream flavors for a late-night treat with friends.
