Wow, talk about a bowl that knocked my socks off! It was like a flavor explosion in my mouth - a fusion of Tex Mex and Indian goodness that left me pleasantly surprised. The quality and portion size were on point, and I couldn't believe this gem was hiding in an airport. No pics taken because I was too busy savoring every bite of that fire bowl.
