The flavors here blew me away, especially the sweet and tangy tamarind chutney balanced perfectly with the spicy green sauce and cooling yogurt, while the airy crisps paired wonderfully with the mashed potatoes and chickpeas. The owner's kindness and attention to detail-customizing dishes, offering generous portions, and creating a warm, plant-filled atmosphere-make every visit memorable, and the mango lassi is absolutely unbeatable.
