I was surprised by how flavorful and addictive the Mi Quang noodle soup was, with its turmeric broth, wide rice noodles, crispy sesame cracker, peanuts, and a variety of proteins that created a perfect balance of textures and tastes. The quick and straightforward service made the experience even better, and the portion sizes were generous enough that I took half of my meal home. Since then, I've found myself craving it regularly and can't wait to return for another comforting, authentic Vietnamese meal.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Kensington after a friend's recommendation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful Mi Quang dish they serve.
