I adhere to a Kosher diet due to my Jewish background, avoiding non-Kosher meats and opting for vegetarian Middle Eastern dishes like falafel, hummus, and pita. Although I usually frequent a pricey Israeli restaurant in the area, the falafel sandwich and platter I tried at this particular spot were delicious, despite the falafel becoming slightly soggy during the 30-minute journey home.
