Ristorante Aida is one of the best Italian Restaurant's in the area. The food is DELICIOUS and the owners are the sweetest people. They are a little slow in getting dinner out, but, it is a family run business and they're making the freshest food and trying to serve at the same time. This restaurant is better than any of the Italian restaurants surrounding it, it just doesn't have the hype/regular customers that the others do. Give it a try, tell your family and friends.

The best food in Richboro and it's many surrounding counties is at Ristorante Aida- where you're probably not eating- yet! The food here is absolutely AMAZING! I lived in Italy for a while and was overjoyed when I ate here and had food so delicious that it was even comparable to the phenomenal food in Italy! Their pasta dishes are all HOMEMADE pastas and the pizza is hands down the best I've had since I left Italy! You cannot even compare other more popular pizzerias pizzas around Ristorante Aida to theirs, it is far superior in taste and crust and everything that you want a good pizza to be! The chef is very proud of his food and it comes across in how mouthwatering this food is! If you want to have a real taste of Italy in Richboro then you need to go to Ristorante Aida!!

I give this restaurant very high marks because of the quality of its cuisine, which is mostly Italian and Mediterranean. (The restaurant is improperly described as offering American cuisine.) What is most remarkable is that all of the pasta is hand-made by the chef and his wife, who both ran a small take-out for many years in Bologna, Italy, which is considered to be one of the gastronomic centers of the country. Even all of their bread is home made. I ate an outstanding plate of home-made ricotta cheese and spinach-stuffed tortelli in a cream sauce. Each tortelli was delicate yet firm to the bite with a soft filling. I also had an excellent baked fish with a very subtle sauce that high-lighted the fish flavor. For dessert - again all of the pastries are made in the restaurant - I ordered an excellent cake containing various layers of a coffee and nut-based cream, which while temptingly sweet was not in the slightest cloying. Another exceptional dish here is the spinach and ricotta borek, a Balkan specialty, that the chef also makes himself. The dough is very light and flaky and surrounds an irresistible spinach and ricotta filling. I highly recommend this restaurant for offering genuine home-made Italian food at very reasonable prices.
