My partner and I had lunch at Jazmine Rice during Restaurant Week and really enjoyed the cozy vibe, friendly service, and fresh, flavorful dishes like the papaya salad and homemade coconut custard. The menu isn't huge but everything we tried was tasty, and the quiet location near Rittenhouse Park made for a nice, relaxed meal.
