During a recent business trip, I discovered a Chinatown restaurant that pleasantly surprised me with its incredibly fresh and authentic Chinese food, far exceeding my expectations despite its unassuming decor and slower service. My kids and I love their chow fun, Singapore noodles, and meatball dishes, and I was thrilled to find Jianbing on the menu, which brought back great memories from my time in Beijing.
