I threw caution to the wind after my daughter brought home leftovers, and I couldn't resist the call of those mashed sweet potatoes and mac and cheese. The moment I walked into the small, clean restaurant with its friendly atmosphere, I knew I had found a treasure, especially after devouring the perfectly crispy fried chicken and delicious sides that transported me back to home-cooked meals.

The moment I tasted my daughter's leftovers, I knew I had to experience the food for myself. I found a cozy little restaurant with a friendly cook who served up wings, mac and cheese, and yams that were all cooked to perfection. The warm, inviting atmosphere and the delicious flavors had me planning my next visit before I even finished my meal.
