During my recent vacation from D.C., I discovered a fantastic distillery that really impressed me. The guy running the tasting was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I learned he hand-built the bar from whiskey barrels, which was a cool touch. I enjoyed tasting their gin, aquavit, and Bear Trap, all bursting with flavor and perfect for sipping or mixing into cocktails-definitely a standout in the Philadelphia distilling scene!
