August 23, 2015 I visited the Lahaska Dairy Queen. As I have many times this summer. I ordered a Rolo Blizzard. When I started eating it I realized there were only a few bits of candy in it. I returned to the window and told them it was all vanilla ice cream. The girl then told me she was only allowed to put two scoops in each Blizzard which it obviously didn't have. I told her I would like it made the way that all of the other ones where made that I got here. She again said she could only put two scoops of Rolos in. I then asked for my money back and the male employee said no. I asked for the managers phone number the male employee said he didn't know it. Then he said the manager was on vacation. The they each tried to call the manager on their cell phones without success. I again asked for my money back. The female employee started to open the cash register and the male employee said no. The male employee then pushed the Blizzard back at me and said you already ate some of it. The female employee then made another one putting in 4 scoops of Rolos. At this point I just want my money back. She said that I wanted extra. I told her I just wanted it made the way it was supposed to be made. After standing there for several minutes and demanding my money back the female employee finally gave it back to me less the sales tax. Knowing that they hire incompetent help. My family won't be going back to that Dairy Queen.
