If you're craving dim sum that will transport you straight into a culinary time machine, you've got to check out Nick Tien in Philadelphia's Chinatown-just be ready to snag a number and share a table with new friends! The food is always fresh and delicious, especially the chicken feet and beef short ribs, while the charming push cart service adds an extra layer of fun to your dining adventure.
