Beware: The thieves are on the loose on the property. I have been a tenant for 4 years or so and Crime has risen every year. I actually have friends the currently live in the building (2009) and nothing has changed. To get more money from the tenants, they have made 85% of the outdoor parking reserve spots, which forces your hand to pay for parking. The property management staff has changed but the owners haven't so don't be fooled. You can hear the mice running across the floor tiles while in the hallways. Their are fights, police kicking doors down....you name it, it happens. Don't say No one warned you!
