Food is good. But customer service over the phone can sometimes leave you feeling like you are bothering them. They rushed us through our order and then forgot a few items. The reason for the one star review is because the last time we ate there someone had ordered a steak sandwhich with an egg. That individual had gotten sick within two hours of eating the sandwhich (we all ate as soon as the order was finished and the drive back to the office with the order was only 2 blocks). Other people had also gotten the cheesesteak but without the egg so we are thinking that that was what gave him food poisoning as he was up all night due to getting sick often, and missed a day of work because of it.
