third time at this location and each time the ordering process is defected. always get the frustrated worker who doesn't smile and responds with sighs or blank look. can't hear bcz distance is a bit far apart and music a bit louder than needed, so any question becomes a challenge. food has always been fine, except last night, the fuji apple salad was drenched in dressing, couldn't really taste any of the food. my order was to go so they told me to sit down and they'd call my name. 8 minutes later nothing, so guy picking up trays went to get it for me. all three times i've never seen a mgr walking or asking how are things. will never go to this location again.
