The bagels are generously sized, flavorful, and come with quality ingredients, like blueberry bagels that genuinely taste like blueberries. The coffee is tasty and served hot, the customer service is cheerful and friendly, and despite some recent changes in how orders are handled, the overall experience remains enjoyable with a great variety of sandwiches and cream cheese options.
