I recently tried out Com Ga Hai Nam and was pleasantly surprised by the tasty assortment of dishes offered. The Veg plate provided a nice balance to the flavors in the soup, and the Nam Vang soup itself was a flavorful mix of fishy and porky broth. Despite the lack of AC in the food court, the authentic experience and delicious options make it a worthwhile visit if you're in Phoenix.
