During my stay at Crowne Plaza, the breakfast service was outstanding, especially thanks to Brenda and Dulce who went above and beyond to make the experience memorable with delicious food like perfectly poached eggs and hearty steak skillets. Although the hostess's attitude was disappointing, the friendly and attentive staff, flavorful dishes, and inviting atmosphere made me eager to return and enjoy more of their excellent offerings.

During my recent dining experience at Crowne Plaza, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Brenda and Dulce. Brenda not only answered all my questions but also offered valuable suggestions that led to one of the most enjoyable breakfasts I've had. The attentive and accommodating service from Dulce, who even discounted our meal when one of my sons wasn't satisfied, ensured that my family and I had a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
