This place is super clean with friendly staff who really know customer service, and it's easy to get in and out quickly. The shaved ice is amazing with tons of flavors, and the prices are unbeatable-plus they have great ice cream and candy that my kids love. They also offer convenient water refills 24/7 outside, which is perfect for hot days, and the owners are genuinely nice and helpful.

The store I visited had a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was attentive and accommodating.
