I recently tried Gaucho tacos from a food truck called L.A. Roots at Food Truck Friday West, and they were amazing! Tracking the truck down on social media was worth it, as my fiancí© and I got to sample a variety of dishes. The Gaucho steak tacos were my favorite, while my fiancí© enjoyed the Inca chicken tacos and the Pork hornado sandwich. The fresh flavors and generous portions definitely left us impressed, and we will definitely be returning for more.
