I discovered Yogi's Bistro on my second night out in downtown Phoenix, right by the Hyatt Regency. Lonnie, the guy working the hot dog cart, always surprises me with delicious creations, like the veggie dog with cream cheese, green chile, jalapeño, and Sriracha that blew me away. The hot dogs are a steal at $4 each, and with the variety of toppings and sauces available, you'll never get bored trying out different combinations.
