I was thrilled to discover a gluten-free food truck with incredible options that go beyond the usual fare. The mozzarella sticks and grilled cheese blew me away, and those cinnamon donut treats were so delicious that I had to grab extras to enjoy the next day-they stayed fresh and tasty!
