So there food is GREAT... There MALTS, absolutely NOT. They seem to not know or just don't want to make a malt. Everytime I go there asking for a salted caramel malt it comes out as a plain milkshake. I literally drive to the Greenfield location to get a malt since their's is made completely different and as a MALT SHOULD BE. But everytime I go to Crimson hoping they can make it correct, it never is. I don't ask for any special instructions. Just a salted caramel malt as offered. So if u like malts do not go to this location for one. It seems to be this location only, literally, as others as well make it correctly.
