We came with the family from overseas to this place with my family that leaves nearby. Customer service was horrible at the beginning with a very rude hostess. The hostess at the front door insisted we go to the shops to buy a mask for my son in law who forgot one, yet 75% of the staff didn't even have one worn the right way with the nose sticking out and no other customers were wearing one whilst sitting. My son in law had to drive 15 min to find a mask only to walk 4 steps between door and table to sit down in the restaurant and then he was allowed to have it off the whole time. Meanwhile other customers were going to toilet without a mask, leaving to walk outside without a mask from table to door. As soon as we sat at the table the host came to the table and said we had to leave at 12pm. No welcome, not even hello. We were in a table with 7 people including 2 kids' First we ordered the drinks and our cappuccinos came cold . I asked for another one and was ok .We were so disappointed and frustrated that we wanted to leave very quickly! When I went to pay the staff at the register he wanted a review. After I paid and said our goodbyes someone else stopped me for me to show my Id to check signature. Just felt like they treated us poorly from start for no reason. Food was good, service not so good.
