Zero flexibility which is their prerogative and mine to spend my money and time elsewhere. Ordered the 3 tacos, which sadly no combo order available, but wanted the sauces on the side. Was told they might be too busy to do that(Monday night) so not impressed. They did do it but I was on a date and they made me feel like I asked for the moon. They had a red wine Id never had before, I asked for a small taste and Id be happy to pay and zi will be getting “a” wine. They said not their policy. 15.00 glass of wine I may not like. Take that sip out of the one I order if that is the concern of me getting a taste for free. I dont see any common sense to that and not only did I not get the glass of 15 dollar wine, which I wud have had one of them, but wont be coming back. Customer service goes a long way.
