Dining at Persimmon Bar and Grille inside Anthem Country Club surprised me with its consistently excellent food-from perfectly cooked steaks and beautifully presented hummus and nachos to flavorful salmon and French dip sandwiches-paired with attentive, friendly service from a dedicated staff and a new chef who brings unique, high-quality menu options, making each visit enjoyable despite some minor service hiccups and limited late-night hours.

Limited menu and most items are highly seasoned, Try Mcdonalds' for a hamburger. Evening menu is also limited and over priced.
