Excellent Chicago style pizza. Service is on point. And the atmosphere is totally redone. Our new favorite place in San tan valley.

Haven't been able to taste the food yet.
My wife and I went down here yesterday around 5pm because we called 4 times and listened to the phone ring for 5-6 minutes each time and no one answered. We get there to see a few BS things.
1] "we deliver with doordash!" They're always unavailable for delivery. [Tried each day of the week during their open hours] - Owner has explained this in a private message and it's understandable as to why they were unable to deliver or answer the phone
2] 3 or 4 girls at at the front desk doing nothing but couldn't answer the phone? - explanation kind of given for this one, I'm not sure who answers the phones but I guess it's not the hostesses?
3] "masks required" sign which NO ONE was wearing (i get it, can't wear it to eat) which would be fine except they were PACKED. back to back seating, no spacing at the bar, you'd think the pandemic never happened walking in here.
We asked about takeout and we're told it'd be over an hour and a half before they'd make our order which was understandable given the capacity, however why couldn't you have just answered the phone?
I'll add photos of the business being packed full without any safe distancing, next time I'm around there.
Or not! Maybe they'll correct things from reading this.
In any case. Despite my deep desire to try Chicago style pizza since I've been disappointed in every pizza place out here, I won't be giving this place my business because of their practices at dine in. Just another business that displays lack of care about stopping the spread of the virus.
Food might be good. If you can get them to answer the phone or deliver, don't recommend going there.
