On a quiet Monday afternoon before a GCU basketball game, we enjoyed a spacious and well-lit restaurant featuring friendly service, excellent margaritas, and flavorful dishes like perfectly cooked shrimp fajitas and tender grilled chicken. The authentic Mexican cuisine, live weekend music, generous portions, and welcoming atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience that I look forward to revisiting.
