Serena is seriously amazing and gives the best service-she deserves a raise! The food is always great, especially the juicy chicken strips that aren't just all breading, and the fries and dipping sauce are on point. I attended the opening event at the new W. Bell Rd location and enjoyed the generous portions and friendly staff, though I found the chicken a bit softer than I expected.

Serena is amazing, she deserves a raise for her exceptional service at Raising Cane's. The food is delicious but a bit on the pricier side, and the Caniac Combo was missing a couple of chicken pieces. The location usually has extra security due to the neighborhood, but the service is good and the food is worth it for a late-night meal.
